When it comes to choosing hotels for my trips I usually go for quirkiness rather than cost, location or facilities. I like hotels, guest houses or hostels with a twist, so when I got invited by AsiaRooms to review the Siam@Siam Design Hotel & Spa I wasn’t disappointed. The entire hotel had a very arty and industrial touch to it, which growing up in Germany I particularly appreciated. Everywhere you looked there was something unique or unusual, whether it was giant iron sculpture, painted elevator doors, exposed ceiling cables, or gorgeous designer furniture.
